    Lot of 12 lovely greeting cards from the Victorian era, along with a delicate (very fragile) embossed envelope.
    Two of the larger cards are decorated with beautiful paper lace.

    The bottom row of 3 smaller cards in the group photo feature hands holding bouquets of flowers – those were fold-out features and have become separated over the decades – but could easily be glued back on if desired.
    These beautiful cards are charming sentiments of love and affection from a world which we will never see again – but from which we can hold all that is left of it in our hands and admire today.
