Antique Rare Victorian Valentine Watercolor Paper Lace 1800s Boat Greeting Card

This listing is for an antique paper lace greeting card love token.
I am unsure of the maker. The note near it reads, "Given in shape of watch paper as love token edge was embroidered".
Card does have storage wear as well as typical wear from age/use. There are small wrinkles, marks, & areas with discoloration/fading throughout the card, but overall it still looks nice for its age. The bottom middle has a brown line 3rd row of circles in. The back has what looks like glue and other paper stuck to it possibly from being attached to another paper at one point.
